In order for us to provide the best suitable treatment, we would like to get information about your oral and dental treatments you have received previously, your current and previous illnesses, the medicines you use, your current oral and dental health status, your expectations from the oral and dental treatment you will receive along with your contact details. It would be very useful if you could fill in and send us in advance the Preliminary Information Form, your most recent panaromic film, your three-dimensional tomography if available and your intra-oral photographs.
Treatment Process
When you approve the treatment plan and the approximate costs of the treatment, doctors and assistive staff in our clinic will make all the preparations needed for your appointment day. Upon you request, the clinic will provide you with airport transfer, hotel reservation, hotel-clinic transfer and interpreter services with additional cost. If you wish to visit the city outside the treatment sessions, a touristic program will be prepared for Ä°zmir and its surroundings. A final general control will be carried out at the end of your treatment in order to ensure that the process has been successfully completed.
